No appointment necessary. Walk-in lessons are first come, first serve. Lessons are 75 minutes long.
Learn to Ski/Ride Packages:

$100/private lesson

Lesson ONLY:
Class Lesson: $50
Private Lesson: $75
3-5 year old class lesson: $50/hr (half hour min.)
SPECIAL 4 Package $225 - Buy 3 lessons and receive the 4th FREE (Private Lessons ONLY) Does not include lift ticket or rental.

Royal is hiring Ski and Board instructors! No instructor experience required, we will train. You must be able to ski or board at intermediate level or better. Availability on weekends all season with some weekdays during local school vacations is also a must. If interested, please contact snowsports@royalmountainskiarea.com or 518-835-6445.
At Royal Mountain, we pride ourselves on offering quality instruction to the snowsports customer. We train and mentor our staff to help them provide the best possible lesson for all ages and skill levels. Our instructors are trained in the educational standards developed by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI).
PSIA/AASI are nonprofit educational associations made up of over 32,000 Snowsports Professionals dedicated to promoting skiing and snowboarding through student-centered instruction.
