In the case that the government does not allow us to reopen or requires us to close early due to COVID-19, season passes will be honored and or prorated for the 2026-2027 ski season. There will be no refunds

Warning to Skiers

Skiers and ski lift passengers are governed by the New York State Safety in Skiing Code, Article 18 of the New York State General Obligations Law. Before affixing your pass or allowing any pass to be affixed to your person, your attention is directed to a posted “Warning to Skiers” that is displayed where your pass is purchased. The Safety in Skiing Code requires of you to seek out, read, and understand the “Warning to Skiers” before you decide to participate in the sport of skiing.

Skiing, like any other sports, contains inherent risks including, but not limited to the risk of personal injury or death or property damage. Therefore, Royal Mountain Ski Area takes appropriate measures to protect skiers from undue, unnecessary and unreasonable hazards, including those created by skier conduct, excesses and attitudes. Skiers who create such hazards for themselves, or other skiers, can be arrested under Article 18 of the New York State General Obligations Law and may be required to leave the area. They will be denied skiing privileges at Royal Mountain Ski Area.

• Family Pass- Must included a parent and their children 21 years and under. Family members must be from the same household.

• Season Passes are not transferable. The use of season pass by anyone other than the person named on the pass is a crime under Theft of Services.

• Lost Passes must be reported to management immediately. Replacement cost for a lost pass is $20.

• Season Passes are projected to Start by Mid December and Run through Mid March. Royal is Open 9 am - 4 pm on Weekends and Holidays.

• Passes must be worm on an outer garment so it is visible to our staff.

• Reckless Skiing is dangerous to you and others around you. Offenders may be asked to leave the area and have their pass revoked without a refund.

• Refund- Season Passes are non-refundable. If a medical condition prohibits use, management may pro-rate for next season provided documentation.
